Arrival:  Please enter the driveway on West German Street and proceed to back of the house to park in one of our designated spots numbered 1-3. You may wish to stop your car at the front walkway to unload your luggage if needed. Once parked proceed back to the front entrance. 

Check-In:  Check in begins at 3pm and ends at 7pm.  We are here to accommodate you, if these hours need to be adjusted, please give us a call at (315)941-2420; an updated ETA is always greatly appreciated!

Welcome Amenities:  

We will offer you a brief tour before showing you to your room. 

  • Upon your arrival to your room please enjoy some of Barry’s Cookie Cups!  
  • Private bath (Towels, Shampoo, Soap, lotion…)
  • Hair dryer

  • Coffee is available 24 hours a day. 
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 
  • Room A/C and heat are individually controlled for you comfort

Pets: We love our furry friends, but our antiques do not…sorry no pets (please contact us about service dogs)

Explore the parlor with a game table, games, books, television, and gas fireplace.  Or enjoy our spacious music room complete with player piano and many other musical items of the past era.

Just beyond our formal dining room you can see our  “wine tasting” room available to you by appointment!

Breakfast:

By specifying to Dr. Denise and Barry the time you would like your breakfast served between 7:30 – 9:30 a.m., we can be sure to have a delicious hearty home cooked meal ready for your morning arrival in the formal dining room. Barry will deliver a scrumptious hearty breakfast.
